       A.      No. We have small-quantity capabilities in majority of                                        products.

  4.   Q.    Does I & W Specialty, personally, do the printing?

       A.      No. We are brokers who have access to over 400 companies                                that provide the product and imprinting according to   your

               specifications.

  5.    Q.    Do I have to know exactly what I want  or can you consult                                    with me to decide?

        A.       No.  You don't have to know exactly what you want.  We                           can consult with you  to determine your needs, time frame,                                 product specifications, budget;  then put together products that                            would fit according to your needs.

 

  6.  Q.    What is the turn around on your items?

      A.       In the catalog, each item has its own description, which

                includes  pricing,colors,extra charges,and production

                times,minus shipping  time.

  7.  Q.      What kind of shipping is provided?

       A.       The Usual mode of shipping is UPS Ground, but we also can

                 ship Fed-Ex,or others by request. With UPS we have access                         to UPS  Ground (4-5 days), Orange label (3-day select), Blue

                label (2nd day) and Red label (Next day).

 

  8.   Q.    How do I pay for my order?

       A.       Credit Card (Master Card, Visa,Optimum, American                                   Express,Discover), PayPal,  Purchase Order or Open an                               account for Promotional items.(application  provided by

                 request).

 

  9.    Q.   Can my logo be imprinted on the specialty that I choose?

         A.       Yes, 99% of the time. Each description of an item will inform                     you  what is needed to imprint your logo. Sometimes                                      camera-ready art is required,other times only a sketch.

                 It  depends on the company

  10.    Q.  What if I don't have camera-ready art for my logo?

          A.     For a nominal fee,the factory will provide the art work                               needed.
